We ship all of our products from our warehouse in Pennslyvania.  We will handle and ship your order immediately after receiving it.  We will try our best to get free shipping on every order.  For slabs and bases call to place your order and we will figure out the freight.  All packages will be sent either with UPS or FedEx.  All freight will be FOB.

Potential Damages

We check every order for assurance, quality, and excellence.  In the extremely rare case that one of our products is damaged, please send pictures of both the package and product to: info@diamondteak.com.  Our products very rarely get damaged but we will work with all customers to ensure a good experience.

If you are not satisfied with your product it may be returned for 14 days after receiving it.  Along with a 50% required deposit, We do not accept returns for custom orders.  Shipping costs will not be refunded and the buyer must pay for return shipping.

Back Orders: If an item is out of stock, we will let you know prior to processing your order what the expected stock date and lead time are. 

Business Delivery: Please let us know if you have a loading dock.  Significant money can be saved. 

Costumer Pickup: IF you live in the area please let us know to organize a potential pickup if needed.
