I am really impressed by this planter. The craftsmanship is beautiful, with neat corners and beautifully sanded sides. I have to paint the box for my project, which is too bad because the wood is really lovely. I needed a rather uncommon size and couldn’t find what I wanted (not even on Etsy from sellers who claimed they did “custom” sizes, but Wayfair came through for me! I highly recommend this item and wouldn’t hesitate to buy another planter like this.
We are into our second season with four of these on our balcony. They have withstood pretty hectic weather (21st floor of a NYC apartment block). I have planted a hardy type of grass in them and they are growing well despite losing the location lottery. Overall very happy with quality and price.
I bought about 10 of these for my outdoor windows. I will be putting them up once I receive the brackets I purchased. They are a thin wood, but very pretty. I hope they withstand the outdoor elements.
Using them for window boxes in the large window behind the kitchen sink, where they fit perfectly. Gave them a coat of urethane and they look great. Cleanly built, and seem solid.
These are just what I was looking for. I happen to have a rather narrow ledge on which to set the planters, and they fit perfectly. They are well constructed and look great.
