Other companies appeared to have good deals, but had lots of extra fees at checkout. This purchase was straightforward - sale price was the price I paid. While the teak planks did have a some light streaks here and there, that is expected for standard grade, yet there were very few knots, so I thought they were good quality, above average for a standard grade.
Most of all, the customer service reps replied very quickly to some technical installation questions with very helpful answers.
We have used this tongue and groove in several areas of our home: as a backsplash, wall in a bathroom, even laundry room ceiling and it performs. It's easily installed and takes stain/paint well and of course, looks great.
