Returns

Return Window: You may return eligible items within 15 days of delivery.

Condition: Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.

Non-Returnable Items: Custom orders including furniture, non-standard T+G, and lumber that has been cut or modified from its original state upon sale.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@diamondteak.com with your order number and the reason for return.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Potential Damages
We check every order for accuracy and quality. If one of our products is damaged, please send pictures of both the package and product to: info@diamondteak.com. Our products very rarely get damaged but we will work with all customers to ensure that you are protected.
Please note on all shipping documents such as bill of lading, if there are any problems such as damage, missing items, etc
Miscellaneous Info
Back Orders: If an item is out of stock, we will let you know prior to processing your order what the expected lead time is.
Business Delivery: If delivering to a business address, please let us know if you have a loading dock and a forklift.
Customer Pickup: We offer local pickup at our warehouse if you would like to save money on shipping.
In the event of an order cancellation prior to shipping, please note that we have a restocking fee of 20%.
Shipping Policy
We ship all of our products from our warehouse in Pennsylvania. For large items such as slabs and furniture, please call to place your order and we will get you a freight shipping quote. Please note that website pricing only covers domestic shipping and additional payment may be required to fulfill international orders.
